TENANCY FEES & CHARGES
BEFORE THE TENANCY STARTS (PAYABLE TO THE AGENT)
A Holding Deposit equivalent to one weeks rent (refundable after 15 days in line with Terms & Conditions).
AT THE START OF THE TENANCY
1ST Rent owed as agreed with Agent.
Security Deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent to be held in a government backed deposit scheme.
DURING THE TENANCY (PAYABLE TO THE AGENT)
Payment of £50 inclusive of VAT for any amendments to an existing Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. (This is not applicable to a tenancy renewal).
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate.
Payment of a minimum of £25 or the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of any keys or security devices as required.
DURING THE TENANCY (PAYABLE TO PROVIDERS/SUPPLIERS)
Utility bills – Gas, Electricity & Water
Communication services – Telephone & Broadband
Installation costs & subscription costs of satellite/cable services
Television Licence
Council Tax bills
We may also charge for any other permitted payments, not included in the above, but in line with all relevant legislation and to include any contractual payments for damages, mis-use or neglect to the property for the duration of the tenancy.
